By using Greadon's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Greadon manufactures and supplies precision bearings across multiple categories, including but not limited to rolling bearings, ball bearings, and customized bearing solutions.

All product specifications, materials, and performance characteristics are subject to the terms outlined in individual purchase orders and technical agreements.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Greadon. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing is determined based on product specifications, order volume, customization requirements, and delivery terms. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before order processing.

Payment terms, including deposits and final payment schedules, will be outlined in individual purchase agreements.

Greadon is committed to delivering high-quality precision bearings that meet international standards. All products undergo rigorous quality control testing, including:

• Dimensional accuracy verification (tolerances up to ±0.005mm)
• Material compliance testing
• Durability, friction, noise, and vibration analysis

Quality certifications and test reports are available upon request for all products.

Delivery timelines are estimated based on order complexity, customization requirements, and production schedules. Greadon will provide estimated delivery dates at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping methods, costs, and responsibilities will be outlined in individual purchase agreements. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the designated carrier.

Greadon is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, transportation disruptions, or force majeure events.

Greadon warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Warranty terms vary by product type and will be specified in purchase agreements.

Claims for defective products must be submitted in writing within the warranty period, accompanied by proof of purchase and detailed descriptions of the defect.

Greadon's liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective products. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to equipment downtime, lost profits, or third-party claims.

All intellectual property rights related to Greadon's products, designs, technical documentation, and proprietary manufacturing processes remain the exclusive property of Greadon.

Customers may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or disclose any proprietary information without prior written consent from Greadon.

For custom-designed products, ownership of design specifications and technical drawings will be determined in individual agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greadon's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Greadon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or equipment damage.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Greadon's products and services shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration or the competent courts in accordance with applicable laws.

Greadon reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Continued use of Greadon's services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
